Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in building a genuine connection and honoring each client's individual needs and values. I believe in the power of cultivating a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients as we embark on this journey together toward achieving their goals. Establishing a safe and secure environment is at the heart of the work, providing a solid foundation for us to navigate through challenges, uncover profound insights, and create positive change in cognitions and behaviors.

I understand that our sense of self is influenced by a multitude of factors, from early life experiences to cultural identity and significant life events. It is my goal to understand how these diverse experiences may shape cognitions, and help my clients to rewrite these deeply engrained neural pathways. Drawing from a blend of therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I tailor my approach to suit each client's unique needs. Together, we confront maladaptive patterns, explore relational dynamics, and celebrate your successes every step of the way.

Ultimately, my aim is to create a space where clients feel truly seen and heard, where authenticity thrives, and where together, we can embark on a transformative journey towards healing and fulfillment.
